Job Description
Located at our Mason City, Iowa facility. This facility mixes and supplies custom mixed rubber compounds to all of our US & international facilities as well as other large outside companies. Be part of a world-wide company, but in a great small town setting!
- Communicate respectfully with all team members in both verbal and written form.
- Performs limited or basic troubleshooting to fix operational issues.
- Operates fork-lift when needed
- Work in all aspects of operations and material flow, not limited to, check weigh, extruder, minor station, batch off & cutter station
- Responsible for packaging material to be shipped
- Responsible for safe work activities at all times. Keep their work area clean and safe.
Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday 12:00 PM - 8:15 PM
- Friday 7:00 AM -3:15PM
- 8 hour shifts
Mandatory Overtime as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills and proficiency
- Strong record of safe work practices
- Ability to meet physical demands, including frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and handling; lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and moving heavier items with appropriate equipment
- Previous experience in a manufacturing experience is a plus
